The Gasteria verrucosa is a succulent plant with sharp triangular leaves. The succulent has a beautiful dark green color with small white spots. The name verrucosa means warty or rough, this refers to the small white spots on the succulent plant. Due to the shape of the leaves and the rough texture, this plant is also called an 'ox tongue'.
